Ukiyo Japanese Yuzo Gin

Ukiyo (浮世, 'floating/fleeting/transient world') is the Japanese term used to describe a state of mind emphasising living in the moment, detached from the difficulties of life. How perfect for a brand of gin!

Born in Chiba, east of Tokyo, this gin is made from a base of rice, enriched with Japanese botanicals.

The bottle is classically elegant, so my shade picks up on its dimnnsions while adding a hint of its Japanese roots with a beautiful cherry-blossom design.
